We've learned from our customer relationships over the past decade that it
is important to "ease the customer's pain".  

Some have come back and said: 

"Pain"?  I just don't feel well.  I think I am sick and I have not
 been able to find something that will help me".

The first step we like to apply is:
 
We listen to the customer and endeavor to understand what they say.

If we do that properly, we can help !

Pain is an emotion, and we all have it to some degree.  Pain can be everything
...  from true discomfort to a simple desire to know more about something we
may be interested in.  Like regaining better health!

Improving Health is one we concentrate on.

Based on the initial customer contact with us, we've concluded that we will:

               1 = Identify the customer's pain.  The need they have.  Is it health improving?
                     Do all necessary to do this properly.

               2 = Relate to that pain in a way that connects us and our products to the customer.
                     This must be done to benefit the health of the customer.

               3 = Provide a product or supplement or service that helps ease the pain and need.      

This is the mission we've adopted for what we do and present in our Web Sites. 

In view of the above:   We will do it with a sincere approach and present in each of our web sites something that  will fulfill our mission = "help those who suffer".

We have made a commitment that the above is so important, we will
begin to place a "link" in our most popular web sites so that our
valued customers and those who are new to us, will know how we
are approaching all we present.

That was the mission.  It is still a major approach we take, 
BUT, we've learned much since we wrote the above. 

So, we will still pay attention to the pain a customer is endeavoring to reduce or remove. At times, use of products do act like a "band aid" and give relief.  However, it also means that possibly, the root of the problem has not been found and proper help is still needed.  That has led us to continue our deep research efforts.
